In 2024 Magna continued to optimize its global footprint, ensuring we are well-positioned to meet the demands of today and tomorrow. We restructured or consolidated more than 40 divisions to enhance productivity and drive profitability.
We remain focused on a strong balance sheet, capital discipline and free cash flow generation, which will enable a virtuous cycle of continued capital deployment to drive shareholder value.
